Thank you for having us come to your church to sing, play our instruments, and have Daddy preach!  Your pastor reminded us so much of a dear one we had at a church several years ago where Daddy was the music minister.  Even your church layout is very similar!  We hope you all have a blessed rest of the summer!

Thank you for inviting our family to your 4^th of July Celebration and Revival.  The preaching was so good—Brother Clark’s sermon on pledging allegiance to God in the different matters of one’s life, and Brother Dean’s message on when Jesus saves us were both inspiring.  Our family enjoyed our time and appreciated the meal afterwards.  As you know, that was the first time we had ever had turtle stew!  Thank you for the new experience (and some of us were thankful for all of the other food offered!) that we will never forget!

We had a great time at Lucas Avenue Baptist Church doing their patriotic service! We are so blessed to live in America, and how thankful we are for those who have served in the military and also for those that have died for our freedom. We believe the ultimate freedom comes through salvation in Jesus Christ. He died for us so that we who believe on His Name can live for Him and spend eternity with Him someday!

Thanks to the men of the church for all of their work–providing the delicious dinner and cleaning up afterwards!

Thank you, Sylvia, for inviting our family to sing at your church’s Revival Meeting. We were glad to come, and the sermon meant a lot to us. More people need to hear what your pastor, Allan Simpson, has to say!

Thank you, Grace Baptist Church, for inviting our family to your service.  The spirit there was one of the sweetest!  We are ALL looking so forward to your 4^th of July celebration!

Over the week-end, the Lord was using Psalm 23 in our lives in special ways.  On Saturday, the Lord brought the chapter to Deborah’s mind when she was going through a scary experience.  She recited it aloud and felt the Lord’s Strength.  In Sunday School the next morning, unbeknownst to us beforehand, all of the adult classes were studying Psalm 23!  Afterwards, we decided to recite it as a family in the van to keep it fresh in our minds.  At your church Sunday evening, Lydia picked up a pew fan and showed us that it too had the 23^rd Psalm printed on it!  What a great passage of Scripture!

Thank you, White Horse Heights Baptist Church, for inviting our family to sing and play our instruments at your homecoming celebration.  Honoring the former pastors was such a special idea, and we could see how much it meant to the families.  The meal was delicious, too!

Thank you, Faith Baptist Church in Honea Path, for inviting our family to come and do music at your revival!  We really enjoyed listening to your guest preacher, Scott Dean, and meeting his wife, Scotti.  He said so many good things!  Your nursery set-up was great.  Not only could Mama and the younger girls listen to the sermon as they watched the little boys, they were able to see the service on the television set in there.  What a wonderful idea!

We’re glad Lydia was able to come home from school and attend the last service with us on Friday night.  What a great message was preached!  We look forward to singing and playing our instruments next month at the Dean’s home church, White Horse Heights Baptist Church in Greenville.

Thank you for having our family do your homecoming music. We had a good time, and the food afterwards was delicious!

Angie is such a special lady, and we felt privileged to get to meet her and witness your church’s love. God’s timing with the song “How Can I Fear” was amazing.

Thank you to the ladies who helped a great deal with our little ones. We appreciated it!! We were thankful for the pictures you took and sent us. We couldn’t take many pictures ourselves as we had our hands full. But the 7 month old living with us grabbed Mama’s iPhone once and took this picture of the carpet!

Thank you, Wren Baptist Church, for having us come preach, sing, and play our instruments for your 5th Sunday Night Sing!  Your church had such a sweet spirit, and we all had fun.

I really enjoyed eating the corn and the biscuits. They were really good. You have a very pretty church.

We’ve been having a great month of March at Greenville Place. It has been so exciting to see the turn-out and all of the new faces.

Thank you for having our family come and do music for your senior church event.  We had a fun time!  We liked being able to relax and enjoy the meal after our program was finished.  The food there was really amazing.  You have a nice church gym. I always like doing music events in gyms.  My sisters and I liked your table centerpieces for Easter.  Thanks again!

Thank you so much, Brushy Creek Baptist Church in Easley, for inviting our family to do a program for your senior conference!  We had a lot of fun. We loved the lunch–especially the macaroni and cheese. The rolls were also very good.

We all enjoyed singing and playing our instruments.  Peter loves playing the piano, and he enjoyed the opportunity to play for your congregational singing too.  The preacher did a good job.  He had a very funny sense of humor.  One of my sisters couldn’t stop laughing, and her face turned as red as an apple.   He brought out some interesting things from 2 Corinthians 4.

We liked the sign in your church.  We took a picture of it.  We also think that’s a GREAT photo of Daddy and your pastor for the seniors, Rodney Graham.  We also enjoyed the beautiful bouquet of flowers that your church gave us.

It was fun to see the firetrucks practicing in the parking lot.

Thank you to the Reverend at your church, Rodney Graham, for your very kind letter to all of us. Thank you for telling Daddy that he could put your words on our website. Here is a part of your letter: Your letter was really touching to Mama (It made her cry). It sounds like you grew up in a special family.

… Having your family minister to us through scripture, hymn stories and songs was exactly what we needed. I highly recommend your family and ministry to any church, Christian school, nursing home, or organization that seeks to honor God through word or music …

Thank you for inviting our family to perform music during one of the nights of your revival.  Our nation needs to turn back to the Lord, that is for sure.  Papa and Peter also appreciated the opportunity to provide music and preaching at your special service on New Year’s Eve.
